Are you able to race a board with fibre glass in them?

Yes, as far as I am aware, as long as the top and bottom layer is timber Vaneer. The reason why Blackkross Buttboards are allowed with carbon fiber layers.
This board has 4mm layer of Ply, a sheet glass and resin, then 4mm Ply, Glass and resin, then 4mm ply. The Glass and resin are the bonding agents between the ply. (laminated) timber.

mind you I don't think it serves any purpose other than alot of messing around when building it. One layer of fibre glass if you've ever used it, is more flexible than anything else. It just seems to make the bond between the layers hold stronger.

Awesome, I like the shape of it. I like the rear wings good for applying rear pressure in a corner.
Does the concave flatten out towards the rear of the board?

I'm always up for different shaped boards.
Look forward to seeing what else you produce.

What do you use for grip on the top of the board?

The concave is the same from nose to tail. I have no grip on them yet, however I do have plastic hand rails to put on them and I have waterproof grip tape that is from a boating store that I use on my current board and works a treat(extremely grippy) without increasing your ride height.
