Yes they couldn't give 2 hoots about wether its carbon neutral, Their job is to prevent access to the area and ensure the environment remains untouched.
even the bush fire brigade must show reasons for access and can only enter if they cannot conduct their activities elsewhere.
We would be lucky just to be allowed to walk back up but the aim would be to get vehicle access. but if we have no choice it would be great just to be allowed to casually ride/train and walk back up or have a freeride style event.
The speed hump is not ideal for luge it is about 40cm wide and quite sudden. the buttboard made it over but luge scrubbed out way to easily. However from there down is a really wicked, fast run anyhow.
I have consulted with some of the ASRA guys regarding the application. I would complete it myself however it requests an organisation and I cannot speak on behalf of ASRA. We will meet shortly to discuss it further. Apparently Robbo knows one of the head SCA guys which makes it a positive.

dude i have a spare buttboard (courtesy of phil) i can give you seeing as i now have a PC luge. Next time we go ridin I will bring it i also have some wheels i can throw in . All you have to do is get some trucks and bearings i will ask around.  |
